They say the gods punish you by granting your wishes. Now I’m really regretting all that time I wished that Dick Cheney were not so secretive. For eight years we could barely get him to talk; now he’s popping up everywhere, doing his best to undermine the new administration. Let’s have a show of hands. Who misses the old Cheney, hiding out in his secure, undisclosed location?

who in their right mind, besides the lunatic fringe right wing nut loonie bins, could miss princes dickie the Darth anywhere, bunker or otherwise? Since Halliburton has ballooned with billions of taxpayer dollars and avoids taxes in their nice new home in Dubai, I say banish the Darth to Dubai as well. Persona non grata in the great state of Wyoming. Elba is too close. He is far extreme with few supporters and represents no sane rational being with a lick of logic and sense. Should he be dumped back into his bunker, that bunker shall be named The Cask of Amontillado. And there he shall remain. As an American, he embarrasses me. As a white male, he embarrasses me. As a sentient being, well, he is not sentient; he has no feelings. Fortunately, our religious preferences differ, so there is no embarrassment. As the old saying goes, good riddance to bad rubbish. Short, brief, concise, to the point. sort of.
